Allow a Drexel Technician to access this computer

The following steps will take you through setting up Splashtop SOS, a program that our support staff uses to troubleshoot problems on client computers. Please follow the instructions below to set up this software.

1) Please click on the link below that matches your computer type:

2) Launch the downloaded program. This will run Splashtop SOS on your machine. If you are having trouble locating the program, be sure to check your Downloads folder.

3) When the program launches, you will be given a secure 9-digit access number. Please provide this number to your support technician.

4) When your support session has ended, be sure to exit the Splashtop SOS program. This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed until you download and run the program again.
